1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Models University website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, models, and affiliates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply as a model. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its data.

4. Applications & Model Program

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Models University reviews applications at its discretion. Models retain 100% of their earnings; the platform earns from the customer-facing side of the service rather than from model commissions.

5. Partner Platforms & Fees

We work with a wide range of partner platforms, including Streamate Models, Fansly, OnlyFans, Fanvue, Streamfans, Bongocams, Livejasmin, Xcams, Xmodels, TrafficJunky, and many more. Thanks to these partnerships, we secure the best preferred rates for our models. There are no joining fees — ever. We earn from your participation through the platforms' existing revenue share, not from your earnings. On most platforms this means 0% added to you; on a small number of platforms we may be entitled to an added fee of up to 5% depending on which platform you are eligible for. We are one of the only platforms offering a true 0% added-fee model with bonuses on top.

6. Data & Privacy

We do not hold your personal data. The only information we keep is a contact email so we can message you. We never share your information with our partner platforms — instead, we send you an invite or redirect you to a partnered platform link, where you are free to sign up or decline. Each platform operates under its own privacy policy and terms, which govern your relationship with them once you sign up.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions on referred model activity according to the program terms published on the site. Commissions are paid via the designated payment provider (Whop). Affiliates are responsible for maintaining an active, correctly identified account to receive payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Models University or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute site content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Models University provides the site on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your participation in any program.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
