Empowering Models With Transparency, Support & Ethics
Models University is a next-generation webcam agency founded on the principle that models deserve better.
Who We Are
Traditional agencies take 50%+ and provide minimal support. We changed the game entirely.
Our Mission
World-class support and training with 0% model fees — we only take from the platform's share.
Our Values
Transparency. Model success as priority. Ethical practices. Social responsibility.
Our Business Model
How We're Different
Unlike other agencies that take 50% directly from your earnings...
💸 Traditional Agencies
50%+
Take directly from YOUR earnings
- 50% taken on top of platform fees
- Exploitative methods & hidden charges
- Nagging & pressuring you to work
- Force you to do things you don't want to do
- Treat you like a number on their books
- No support, training, or giveaways
- No control over your own accounts
✨ Models University
0%
Fee from models! We take 5% from the platform's share only
- Detailed training courses & PDFs
- 24/7 model support
- Monthly eligibility giveaways
- Lucrative referral bonuses
- Free tools & partner resources
- No added fees on most platforms (fee share from platform's existing fees, or a low 5% on others)
- Charity supporting — a share of partner profits goes to good causes
- Welcoming to all models 18–60+ — all races & genders, non-discriminatory
- Full control over your own accounts
- Free tailored financial advisory — personalised guidance to grow & manage your earnings
- Discounted access to the Digital Earners Community (coming soon) — worth $49/month, exclusive ways to earn & grow beyond camming
- We advertise our models with TrafficJunky ads to our own Model Catalog site — featuring your cam platform page links so you get a unique boost from real adult-platform ads, with affiliate customer links that reinvest back into you (optional — message us to opt in)
How It Works
The webcam platforms take 50-70% as their fee. From the platforms' portion, they share 5% with us. You keep 100% of your take-home — we never touch your money!

Real Feedback From Our Program
"I joined as a complete beginner and at first it was difficult to understand everything. But since I started watching the courses provided, they were super helpful and made everything easy to understand. Forever grateful!"
Sophie M.
Beginner turned successful
"I started as a side hustle at my mum's 2-bed apartment, working nights on mute. Eventually moved out, got my own flat, and started doing it full time. Now earning more than double what I was doing part-time."
Isabella R.
Side hustle → Full-time success
"Finally found an agency that's transparent! My last agency was invoicing me for $1,300 which I didn't have. They got my account switched over with new passwords. They assured me they won't invoice me and they never have."
Chloe T.
Escaped exploitative agency
Real support, real giveaways, real transparency.
